Hello Builder Bytes Readers.
The housing news appears to be improving slightly, as these links
demonstrate. We clearly have a long way to go yet. The Jumbo loans
problem needs to be addressed immediately. It would appear we are nearing a bottom, or at least the rate of  decline is slowing more perceptibly.

Just a brief note to thank you for looking at Builder Bytes every
week and to remind you, should you have something you would like us  to include, please send it over. We are currently busy working on our magazine's Summer Buyer's Guides  and monthly Builder and Developer schedules.

My colleagues and I will be in San Francisco attending the PCBC at  Moscone Center from Tuesday June 16th until Friday June 19th. If you  are in town for the show, please do drop by and say hello, or pick up  magazines at the convention center.

Work hard, I will see you in the marketplace.

Slainte,
